NCJW FEATURES “CEZANNE & PISSARRO, A MOST UNLIKELY PAIR,” A PROGRAM BY BARNES MUSEUM DOCENT

The Nactional Council of Jewish Women Greater Philadelphia Section will feature Barnes Museum docent Paulette Rackow when

she presents “Cezanne & Pissarro, a most unlikely pair!” at its meeting and luncheon on Tuesday, May 2 at 11:30 a.m. at Reform Congregaton Keneseth Israel, 8339 Old York Road, Elkins Park.

Paul Cezanne and Camille Pissarro had a bond and friendship that lasted from 1865-1885, with Pissarro becoming a mentor to Cezzane.  They worked together and had a great influence on each other.  This talk will explore their relationship and compare their works of art.  The cost of the luncheon is $17 for members and $22 for guests.  No charge for attending the meeting and program only at 1 p.m.  For information call 267-261-7728.
