Rabbi Morton Narrowe describes his upbringing as “typical.” His career, however, has been nothing short of extraordinary. For over 30 years, he was the rabbi of the Great Synagogue of Stockholm. Even in retirement, as rabbi emeritus, he hasn’t slackened his pace, taking on part-time rabbinical positions in places like Prague and Johannesburg, and writing his memoirs, which he is currently translating from Swedish to English.
